Sadly, the doors to the Glenwood Roller Rink have been closed. Surely, Chicago skaters knew it was coming. The building suffers from the extremes of the climate year round. When the rain falls, the ceiling leaks. When the sun shines the room absolutely cooks the skaters.
They’ve got those large industrial fans on the side of the floor and skaters need them.
